That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
The Mortons Air Duct Fort Worth Guarantee
We have been cleaning air ducts and dryer vents in Fort Worth since 2005, long enough to know that a guarantee is only as good as the company willing to call you back the next week. Ours is simple, and it is stamped on every job: the 365-Day Done Right Promise. If we clean your ducts in Ridglea, Wedgwood, or over by TCU and something is not right, we come back and make it right. Full stop. No fine print about what “right” means. No window where the promise quietly expires before your allergy season does. No phone tree to navigate. You call, a real person answers, and we schedule the return visit. That is the entire promise, and we have been keeping it for two decades.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship on every register and return. If dust reappears around a single vent within a year of our cleaning, we re-clean that section of the system at no charge.
- Written pricing before the work starts. The figure you approve on the written estimate is the figure on your invoice. If we find something unexpected mid-job, we stop and talk to you before touching it.
- Clean floors after we pack up. Shoe covers go on at the door, drop cloths go down wherever our equipment rolls, and we do not carry attic dust through your living room on our boots.
- Photo proof of the finished job. Before the crew leaves, you get a photo of the clean-up, the vent covers back in place, and the floors exactly as we found them.
- On-time arrival, with a call if we are running behind. Fort Worth traffic on I-30 or 820 can wreck a schedule. If we are going to be late, you will know before you are standing at the door wondering.
- Dryer vent work backed the same way. If your vent re-clogs within a year due to our cleaning, we come back under the same Done Right Promise.

Our Satisfaction Promise
Here is how it actually works if you are not happy. Call (682) 432-0424. Paul Adeyemi, the owner, hears about it directly. Not a customer service script, not a ticket number. If the issue is something we can fix, we schedule a crew to come back, usually within a few days. If the issue is something we should have caught the first time, we fix it at no charge under the 365-Day Done Right Promise. If we made a mess or missed a room, you will see a uniformed, background-checked technician at your door with shoe covers in hand, ready to make it right. We do not argue about whose fault it is. Paul has cleaned ducts in some of the older homes out in Mistletoe Heights and Arlington Heights, where vents hide in weird spots and flex ducts run through tight attic spaces. He knows the difference between a genuine complaint and a misunderstanding, and we treat both the same: listen first, then fix it. The promise is a year long, but the expectation we set for ourselves is that you would call us again for the next cleaning. That only happens if we leave the house right the first time.
What the Cedarwell Care Promise Adds
Beyond the guarantee itself, every visit runs on the Cedarwell Care Promise. It is the reason our crews wear shoe covers before they step onto your carpet. The reason drop cloths protect your hardwood, tile, and furniture while hoses and Rotobrush equipment move through the house. The reason we ask about napping kids or a dog that startles easily before we fire up the vacuum. The reason all our technicians are background-checked and arrive in uniform. And it is the reason you get a photo of the clean-up before the crew pulls out of the driveway. The C.A.R.E. values are not a poster in our shop. They are specific, observable things we do on every job in Fort Worth, from Heritage to Northside to Highland Hills. When Paul walks a home, he checks that the floor looks better than when the crew arrived. If it does not, the job is not closed out. Period.

A promise is a piece of paper until something goes sideways. That is why we carry the licensing and insurance a Fort Worth homeowner should expect from anyone entering their home. If a hose snags a wall corner or a technician gets hurt in your attic, you are not left negotiating with someone over a kitchen table. The coverage handles it. We are also independently owned and operated, which means Paul’s name is on the business, not a regional manager in another state. When you call (682) 432-0424 with an issue, the person responsible for fixing it lives in this city and answers the phone.
What We Do Not Hide Behind
We do not offer a “lifetime guarantee” with an asterisk. Duct systems in Fort Worth collect dust because of how we live: pets, construction, Texas pollen season, open windows in the spring. A company that promises you will never need another cleaning is not being straight with you. What we guarantee is that the cleaning we do is done right, every time, and that if it is not, we will be back. That is a promise we can keep in writing, and we have been keeping it since 2005.
Questions Homeowners Ask About Our Guarantee
What if I notice dust coming from a vent a few months after the cleaning?
Call us. If the issue traces back to our work, we re-clean the affected section at no charge under the 365-Day Done Right Promise. Fort Worth homes with pets and older systems can accumulate dust faster than others, and we would rather fix it than argue about it. Call (682) 432-0424 and describe what you are seeing.
Do I need to sign anything to get the guarantee?
No. The 365-Day Done Right Promise applies to every job automatically. You will see it on your paperwork, but you do not need to register, activate, or opt in. If we did the work, the promise applies.
What is not covered by the guarantee?
Damage from water, pests, rodents, or major HVAC system failures is outside the scope of a duct cleaning. That said, if our crew notices something during the job, like a broken register or a section of damaged flex duct, we point it out and tell you what we are seeing. You will have a written price before any additional work starts, if you choose to have us address it.
Why do some companies offer a “lifetime” guarantee when yours is one year?
Because they are betting you will not call them back, or that the fine print will make the promise useless. Paul would rather give you a guarantee he can actually honor, in writing, on every job. One year, no asterisks, no fine print. If we did not get it right, we come back. That is the whole thing.
Does the guarantee transfer if I sell my Fort Worth home?
It does not. The promise is between us and the homeowner who paid for the cleaning. If you are selling a home, a recent duct cleaning with documentation and photos makes a nice addition to your seller disclosures. Call (682) 432-0424 if you need a copy of your cleaning record.
